Recipes: Cool Cucumber Buttermilk

Ingredients:
4 cup low fat yogurts
2 tsp minced ginger
2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 capsicum
1/2 tsp black salt
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 cubes ice crushed

Direction:

Place all ingredients in the blender except ice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve cool.
